• Some things to note about the system:
• Update: 30 Day Limit on Un-favorited Chats
• 30-Day Chat Retention: Chats will only be saved for up to 30 days unless they are favorited in the use case window.
• Save Your Chats: ‘Favorite’ the chats you wish to keep by clicking the star next to each chat.
